All planning is carried out using CAD software for clarity and ease of updating. Plans can be sent via E-mail for rapid approval, added to corporate Intranets for staff to see or simply printed out!

As an independent business, your furniture spec does not have to be linked to a particular manufacturer. You can, therefore, be free of constraints such as obligation to purchase and suppliers disinterest if they feel there will be little return for them for a move etc. Alternatively ABI can specify products for you and if required, work with your preferred supplier.

Space planning

Space is a costly commodity so careful planning can maximise your rental charges. Sometimes the need to relocate or take on additional space is unnecessary after a space study is carried out. A full layout of the existing area is usually completed (all furniture, equipment, storage etc) and the area for the move will be surveyed to make sure all those nooks and crannies, pillars and walls are really where they are supposed to be and not missed off!
